How it began
Dana and Theresa are the founders of ÚR Home Service. With more than 15 years of friendship, one day they decided to embark on a new adventure. This began with a very important decision. What were they both passionate about? What inspired them?
Inspiration came from years of experience and knowledge on both size that really complement each other.
Dana was a business-oriented woman who, as many have, started off in hospitality and returned to that between a 14 year stint in the medical administration field and another 10 year stint in the field of education. All careers resulted in management positions that lead to meeting and understanding so many who resonated with her throughout her career.
Theresa was a nanny/household manager for many years but also had a history in hospitality, having grown up in a pub in Ireland and worked in Dana's pub and was introduced to her husband there. Hence a friendship, mutual professional respect and long-lasting relationship was born.
It started with the premise of helping people to maintain an organized, clean and serene environment all while balancing a crazy schedule. Both being passionate about cleaning as a way of maintaining the health and wellness of all, UR Home Service was born.
